Slam has given women the most advanced rights since the 7th century. In Islam women aren't considered to be equal to men and are not considered inferior.

There was a time in which female children were sacrificed alive. Arabian women were regarded as valuable property that could be transported.

Islam respected them and protected women with rights that were unmatched.

They were granted rights to education, rights to marry a person at their choice or divorce, and to preserve their identity following wedding, etc. In addition, women have played an important role in the the development of societies and nations However, these nations and societies had a tendency to restrict their rights by depriving them of the rights which Islam gave them.

The majority of society members, who are referred to as religious people, violate women's rights, and incorporate religion into the violations.

Maybe, they've lost sight of the fact that Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) was able to change the mentality of Arabs about women's rights, and Islam has increased respect for women in society.

Today, women are used for domestic things. Early marriages or honor killing, as well as infringing on the right to Education are the factors that have deprived women from humanism and placed them into animalism.

Early marriage in the early years of childhood is prevalent in the rural regions in our culture.

Girls are seen as burdens to their parents, and parents would like to leave them in the shortest time possible. Every year 12 million girls get married before 18, which is about 23 girls every minute , which is almost 1 girl every two seconds (UNICEF). Particularly in Pakistan around 21% of girls marry before turning 18 (UNICEF 2017.). Children's marriage has many reasons that lead to it like the exchanging daughters the settlement of debts, and so on. From an Islamic perspective the Quran does not provide an age limit for marriage, whether for a girl or a male.

Allah Almighty has said within the Holy Quran:

"And for women who despair of menstrual flow, if you are unsure, their menstrual cycle (of waiting) will last for three months in duration, and women who do not have it" (Al-talaaq 65:4.) Now, it is evident that Islam doesn't allow parents to make their daughters marry until they reach the menstrual cycle.

Women are usually viewed as fragile, mental depressed, and are often ill when they get married prior to the menstrual age.

In addition, when they believe that they're being pushed out by their parents to get married because of the reasons above They feel inadequate and start to think that they are useless and useless on the planet.

Another apprehensive issue in our society is the issue of honor murder (karo Kari).

Karo kari is the term used to describe how men can murder a woman because she caused dishonor to his family due to engaging in sexual relations with a male.

There are more than 1000 cases annually reported. The crime is prevalent in areas that have lower literacy.

In addition, karo kari has become a popular in certain communities to get a type of penalty by the male (karo) who blames them for engage in sexual affairs with their female.

This is why they are able to collect the money and then murder their innocent wives, daughters or sisters constantly, and claim to be able to do so in Islam.

Islam is extremely against this evil. Hazrat Halaal bin Humayyah one of the companions of the Holy Prophet (SAW) was a visitor to the Prophet and told him "Oh Muhammad (SAW)! I've observed my wife's relationship and a man in my eyes." The Holy Prophet (SAW) replied: "either bring four witnesses or be ready to face the penalty for slander"

This case demonstrates that this cruel crime is not connected to the religion of Islam, but is embedded in traditional and tribal customs.

The relationship between a woman and a man is clear in Islam and the punishment for adultery is based on particular principles Islam has set out. In Islamic law, a person can not be punished unless accusers have four witnesses in order to be able to testify before the court to defend the person who executed them.

Similar to other rights enjoyed by women, women's right to education is also being violated within our culture.

Two-thirds of the world's adult population who are not educated are women and women in rural regions have the highest percentage according to UNESCO.

If women had access to their higher education and be educated, they wouldn't have to face issues in society.

In addition when they are educated, they will know their rights as a social person and will never allow them be violated.

Although, several international conferences, agreed to the notion that all children should be able to access education to enable themselves to fully realize their potential as parents, individuals or workers, citizens, and citizens. Many societies' particularly Muslim tribes don't follow these principles.

They say that taking female girls away from home to schools or other educational institutions is against the religious beliefs.

They also claim that Islam has placed emphasis over covering (parda) which means it is in violation of Islamic guidelines. But, Islam always laid stress on seeking knowledge for each Muslim male or female. The Holy Prophet (SAW) stated:

"Acquisition of information is obligatory on every Muslims" (both males and women with no distinction). (Al-Sunan, 1:81 SS224.)

In the preceding Hadith the term Muslim is a reference to all Muslims either woman or man. Additionally, Bu Sa'id al-Khudri is a companion of Prophet (SAW) mentions that a few women visited prophets (SAW) and told him: "men have gone forward (in learning).

So, you should also set the date for our protection." This is because the Holy Prophet (SAW) designated a day for them.

The Holy Prophet (SAW) would visit them that day and instruct them on the commands from Allah Almighty. (al-Bukhari in al-Sahih, 1:50.). This makes it abundantly clear the fact that Islam will always be in support of education for women and promotes it.

As a result, women are always a victim in various ways and their basic rights are often violationd by the inhuman social norms that are prevalent throughout our societies. In a way, Islam honored women and provided them with unparalleled rights.

Islam is against injustice to women of any kind in contrast to societies that use in it as an excuse
